346bd Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Member") and 346bd ("we", "us", "the Platform") with respect to your access to and use of the 346bd website located at 346bd.vip and all services, games, promotions, and features made available through it.

By accessing 346bd, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. 346bd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following capitalised terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the 346bd Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions. 346bd reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time.

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Use of the Platform by any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. 346bd implements age verification procedures and may at any time request proof of age from any User.
2. You must register using your own true and accurate personal information. Accounts registered using false identities, names belonging to other persons, or fictitious details are prohibited and will be permanently suspended without refund of any outstanding balance.
3. Each individual, household address, mobile wallet account, and device may be associated with only one registered 346bd account. 346bd uses technical and procedural controls to detect and close duplicate accounts.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of 346bd, nor an immediate family member of any such person, when registering or maintaining an account.
5. If you are aware that you have a gambling problem or have previously self-excluded from any gambling platform, you must not register with or use 346bd. 346bd operates a self-exclusion programme and will honour valid self-exclusion requests from its own Platform only.

3. Account Registration

To access 346bd's games, promotions, and cashier, you must register a personal account. Account registration is free of charge.

1. During registration you will be required to provide a valid mobile phone number registered in your name, a chosen password, and confirmation that you are 21 years of age or older. You may also be asked to provide your full legal name and date of birth at the time of registration or subsequently during KYC review.
2. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your username or password with any other person. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify 346bd immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
3. 346bd reserves the right to carry out enhanced identity verification (KYC) before approving any withdrawal request or as part of an account security review. Required documents may include a copy of your national ID, passport, or utility bill. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in account suspension.
4. 346bd may, at its sole discretion, decline to approve a registration application or close an existing account without giving specific reasons, provided that any real-money balance held in a closed account will be refunded to the payment method last used, minus any bonus funds that had not yet met their wagering requirements.
5. You must promptly update your account details if any registered information (such as your mobile number) changes. Failure to maintain accurate account information may delay withdrawal processing and may result in account suspension pending re-verification.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on the 346bd Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal operations.

1. The minimum deposit is ৳100. The maximum single deposit is ৳50,000 via bKash or Nagad and ৳30,000 via Rocket. 346bd reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with notice on the Platform.
2. All deposits must be made from a mobile wallet account registered in your own name and linked to the same mobile number as your 346bd account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed. Any bonus associated with a reversed deposit will be voided.
3. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad or Rocket) that was used for the most recent confirmed deposit to the account, except where KYC documentation indicates a different registered wallet as the User's primary account.
4. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. In cases where enhanced verification is required, processing may take up to 48 hours. 346bd is not responsible for delays caused by the User's mobile wallet provider.
5. 346bd does not charge fees for deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider may charge its own transaction fees. 346bd is not responsible for any charges imposed by third-party payment processors.
6. 346bd implements anti-money laundering (AML) controls. If a transaction is flagged for AML review, the withdrawal will be paused pending completion of the review. 346bd may request source-of-funds documentation as part of this process. Cooperation with AML requests is a condition of continued account access.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

346bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published on the relevant promotion page.

1. All bonuses require completion of the stated wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each promotion. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of their validity period.
2. 346bd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn after a player has already begun wagering, the player's remaining cash balance and any winnings from real-money wagers will not be affected. Only the bonus component will be removed.
3. Each registered player may claim each stated welcome bonus offer only once. Subsequent deposits do not re-trigger the welcome bonus. Reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions are governed by their own individual terms.
4. Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or gifted to another player. Any attempt to transfer bonus value between accounts will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
5. 346bd employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. If a User is found to have exploited a bonus offer through collusion, use of multiple accounts, hedging bets, or any other prohibited method, 346bd reserves the right to void all associated winnings and close the account.

6. Gameplay and Fair Use

The following rules govern the conduct of all gaming activity on the 346bd Platform. All players are expected to conduct themselves fairly and in accordance with the spirit of each game.

1. Game outcomes on the 346bd Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for virtual games and by professionally operated live dealer studios for live casino games. 346bd does not alter, manipulate, or interfere with game outcomes beyond the published house edge parameters of each game.
2. The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform without direct human control is strictly prohibited. 346bd monitors for automated activity and reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts where automation is detected.
3. In the event of a technical fault, power failure, connection interruption, or any other malfunction that affects a game round in progress, 346bd will resolve the affected round in accordance with the game provider's malfunction policy. Where the game state cannot be reliably reconstructed, the affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
4. Sports betting odds are set at 346bd's discretion and may be updated at any time prior to the event start. Bets accepted before an odds update are honoured at the odds in place at the time of bet placement, except where a manifest pricing error is identified, in which case 346bd reserves the right to void the affected bets.

7. Responsible Gaming

346bd is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The following tools and obligations apply to all registered players.

1. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, a limit cannot be decreased without a mandatory cooling-off period. Limit increases take effect immediately.
2. Players may request a temporary self-exclusion (cooling-off period) of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days by contacting [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended, no deposits will be accepted, and all promotional communications will be paused.
3. Players who believe they have developed a gambling problem should contact 346bd support immediately. 346bd can arrange a permanent self-exclusion, which closes the account indefinitely. Any real-money balance at the time of permanent self-exclusion will be returned to the player's registered mobile wallet after verification.
4. 346bd enforces strict controls to prevent underage gambling. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be permanently closed. Real-money funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the source wallet, minus any winnings generated from those funds, which will be forfeited.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

346bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time. The following circumstances may result in immediate suspension or termination without prior notice.

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements in Section 2, the account registration obligations in Section 3, or the prohibited activities set out in the Definitions section.
2. Failure to provide KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by 346bd, or provision of documentation that 346bd determines to be false, altered, or belonging to a third party.
3. Detection of two or more accounts operated by the same individual, household, or device. In such cases, 346bd will determine which account (if any) is the legitimate primary account and will close all duplicate accounts. Balances in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.
4. Any real-money balance held in a legitimately suspended account (where suspension is not the result of fraud or Terms breach) will be returned to the User's registered mobile wallet following completion of identity verification, within 14 business days of the suspension date.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 346bd's liability to any User in connection with their use of the Platform is limited as follows.

1. 346bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage, even if 346bd has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
2. 346bd does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted or error-free basis. Planned and unplanned maintenance may cause temporary unavailability. 346bd will use reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime but accepts no liability for losses resulting from temporary Platform unavailability.
3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 346bd's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Amendments to These Terms

346bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 346bd will publish the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date and will endeavour to notify registered Users by SMS or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if you wish to close your account, contact [email protected].

11. Contact and Dispute Resolution

For any questions about these Terms, disputes relating to your account or transactions, or general support queries, please contact the 346bd support team. All disputes must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. 346bd will acknowledge receipt of your query within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within 7 business days.
